Cat Visits and Small Pet Care
We offer a friendly and reliable cat visiting service in Malton and the surrounding area, allowing your cat to remain safely at home while you are away.
Cats are territorial animals and many are much happier staying in their own familiar surroundings rather than being taken somewhere unfamiliar. Regular visits mean we can make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter tray and everything they need to remain happy and comfortable in their own home. Cats Protection recommends home sitting as a good option for cats who may find a change of environment stressful.

Every cat is different, so we tailor our visits to suit their individual personality and routine.
Some cats love nothing more than a fuss, a game and some company, whilst others prefer us to quietly provide their food and water, clean their litter tray and leave them to enjoy their own space. We are happy to follow your instructions and give your cat as much or as little interaction as they are comfortable with.
We can also carry out those little jobs that make your home look occupied, such as collecting your post, watering plants and opening or closing curtains and blinds.

Your pet’s welfare is always our priority. Whether you have cats, birds, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits or other small pets, we can follow their usual feeding and care routines while you are away.
Every animal has different needs, so we will discuss their individual requirements with you beforehand. We can provide fresh food and water, clean litter trays, cages or enclosures, and give appropriate attention and enrichment where required.
We can administer medication where this has been agreed in advance. If we notice anything unusual about your pet or their environment during a visit, we will contact you and, where necessary, your nominated veterinary practice.
